ICC, a very innovative company in Sri Lanka is moving into moulding and prefinishing beautiful Sri Lankan Teak Flooring for installation in the country and Worldwide.
ICC selected A & I Coatings to provide the Vitrecure Uv Cured coating. The A&I Technical Team Perfected the coating and helped with commissioning new state of the art coating line.
The coating system comprises a water borne UV cured stain coat (this is flashed off with infra red lamps before the UV lamps, a UV Primer coat , two UV Intermediate coats and two final topcoats in a satin finish.
It is to be hoped that this product will boost Sri Lankan export volumes as the country transitions.
