a. Previous coatings should be sanded off without any contamination.
b. Sharp edges should be sanded to allow the primer to penetrate into the panel and for the undercoat to build enough thickness on the edges.
c. Apply Vitrethane 188 Water Repellent Primer at coverage of 15 – 17 m2/Litre.
d. Air dry until surface visibly dry, normally 5-10 minutes depending on temperature.
e. Apply Vitrethane 570 Undercoat and dry for 18 hours before sanding.
f. Topcoat with Vitreflon Fluoropolymer
a. Sand smooth to 1 mm radius
b. Spray apply one even coat V188 WRP.
c. Wipe V188 overspray off the face of the panel.
d. Leave to dry approx 15 minutes until CFC returns to original appearance.
e. Mix V700 A&B and apply carefully until covered.
