Scope of Works:

The existing warehouse floor required significant remediation prior to coating application due to years of heavy-duty industrial service.

Surface Preparation:

• Degreasing and cleaning of heavily contaminated oil and grease-stained areas
• Full planetary grinding of the concrete surface to achieve a CSP 2-3 profile
• Repair of damaged construction joints and cracking using a high-strength epoxy mortar system
• Repair of more than 500 bolt holes following the removal of warehouse racking

Concrete Repairs

Damaged joints, cracks and worn sections of concrete were repaired using a mortar blend consisting of:

• Enviroset V4111 epoxy binder
• Kiln-dried aggregate

This repair mortar achieves compressive strengths exceeding 50MPa, delivering exceptional durability even in thin section repairs.

Areas displaying extensive concrete erosion and exposed aggregate were skim resurfaced using Enviroset 4116, restoring a uniform substrate prior to coating installation.
