Anti-carbonation coatings

Anti-carbonation coatings are used for protecting concrete reinforced structures from the ravages of carbon dioxide diffusion, moisture vapour, and chloride ions. These elements or combination of elements alone cost the Australian economy billions of dollars each year, sometimes compromising the integrity of a building to the extent that it has to be demolished.

‘A stitch in time saves nine.’ A&I Coatings now has certificates showing the resistance of its Enviroset 2100 and Envirothane 8480 to ingress of these elements. E2100 is an epoxy primer, and E8480 is a fluoropolymer modified topcoat giving also outstanding weatherability. These products are waterborne, environmentally-friendly, and available throughout Australia through major coatings chains.

There are many successful projects completed with more happening all the time. Contact A&I today to find out further information and for your nearest stockist.
